Ingredients
40 ml Crafter’s Wild Forest Gin
50 ml grapefruit juice
20 ml lime juice
10 ml agave syrup
2 dashes of saline
sparkling water
Slice of grapefruit
Preparation
Using lime wedge, make a salted rim on half of the glass edge. Add all the ingredients (excl. sparkling water) into the shaker filled with ice & shake for 15 sec. Double strain into ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with slice of grapefruit.
