Ingredients
40 ml Crafter’s Aromatic Flower Gin
20 ml lime juice
20 ml raspberry syrup
20 ml eggwhite
10 ml Martini Riserva Ambrato
Raspberries
Preparation
Chill the glass. Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds without ice. Then add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a raspberries.
