Ingredients
50 ml Crafter’s Wild Forest Gin
30 ml Sugar syrup
30 ml Lime juice
30 ml Egg white
Black Pepper
Preparation
Chill the glass. Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds without ice. add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a flower.
