Crafter’s London Dry Gin
Martini Extra Dry
Olive – stoned and preferably unfilled
Lemon zest
Ice
Preparation
Fill a glass with ice. Chill a blending glass, strain the water, add 5 cl of Crafter’s London Dry Gin and 1 cl of Martini Extra Dry. Mix properly, empty the glass and fine strain the drink into the chilled Martini glass. Squeeze the oils from a lemon zest onto the drink. Garnish with olive.
