Ingredients
50 ml Crafter's Aromatic Flower Gin
30 ml pear syrup
20 ml lime juice
40 ml champagne
Lemon peel
Preparation
Add ice and all the ingredients, except champagne, into a shaker and shake it for 15 seconds. Double strain into a wine glass, add champagne, stir gently & garnish with lemon peel.
