Ingredients
50 ml Crafter’s London Dry Gin
10 ml Martini Riserva Ambrato
20 ml sugar syrup
30 ml lime juice
20-30 ml egg white
Edible flower
Ice
Preparation
Chill the coupe glass. Add all the ingredients into a shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds without ice. Then add ice to the
shaker and shake again for 15 seconds.
Double strain into a glass and garnish with a flower.
