Ingredients
Crafter’s London Dry Gin
Cointreau liqueur
Fresh lemon juice
Egg white
Lemon peel
Ice
Preparation
Fill a coupe glass with ice and leave it to cool. Add 4 cl of Crafter’s London Dry Gin, 1,5 cl of Cointreau liqueur, 1,5 cl of fresh lemon juice and 1 egg white. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with lemon peel.
