Ingredients
40 ml Crafter's Infinite Gin
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
Sparkling Wine
Preparation
Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into shaker filled with ice and shake. Double straing into a flute glass and top up with sparkling wine, stir gently. Garnish with a lemon zest.
