50 ml Crafter's Infinite Gin
20 ml Grapefruit Juice
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
10 ml Agave Syrup
Sparkling Water
Preparation
Add ice and all ingredients except sparkling water into highball glass. Stir vigorously, top up with sparkling water and gasrnish with grapefruit slice
